3 Stars Pork and Ale Dinner at Sonoma

So you like pork and local beer? So does 3 Stars Brewing Company, and not the kind now prohibited in Congress either. Oink oink.

On December 1, Sonoma (a rarely seen venue for DCBeer!) presents a locals-only experience as part of its year-long Locavore's Dinner Series: a four-course dinner featuring local pork, each paired with fresh, local craft beers from DC's own 3 Stars Brewing Company
Executive Chef Michael Bonk and Brewers Dave Coleman and Mike McGarvey will introduce each dish and beer pairing to the intimate group - limited to only 20 guests - who are also invited to a special "meet the beer maker" event with the founders of 3 Stars prior to dinner. The entire four-course plus amuse dinner with pairings, plus the pre-dinner social, is $57.

If you are interested in one of the 20 seats, purchase your tickets by going to www.sonomaporkale.eventbrite.com.

If you can't make the main event, Sonoma is offering an abbreviated three-course local pork menu with a special 3 Stars beer flight as part of their regular dinner service on December 1. Space is limited, however, so Sonoma encourages you to make reservations by calling 202.544.8088 or through OpenTable on our website at sonomadc.com
