Aviator Brewing Heads to Meridian Pint

Aviator Brewing is breaking into the DC market, so Meridian Pint is rolling out the red carpet for founder Mark Doble and his crew.  Tonight, you can meet the Aviators and try six of their finest.  Says MP:

In November 2008, Mark Doble launched Aviator Brewing Company in an airplane hangar in Fuquay-Varina, N.C. Mark, an amateur pilot, initially brewed into two used dairy tanks, but by April 2010, he expanded the brewery and added more fermentation tanks and a large cooler. Mark also moved the brewery from the airplane hangar at Triple W airport to a larger building about 4 miles away.

This year, Aviator expanded again. A new four vessel 30bbl brewhouse was installed June 2012. The brewery has also added nearly a dozen 100bbl fermenters and brite tanks to its lineup. Now Aviator is big enough to send beer to DC, and we're helping welcome them. Enjoy six drafts while hanging out with Mark and his crew.

The lineup:
