Our February meeting will once again be a joint meeting with other area homebrew clubs. We're meeting in DC this year, so we hope to have a large DCHB showing!
DCHB will be debuting our latest SMaSH beer experiment at this meeting, plus there's an IPA competition and a food pairing competition sponsored by various clubs. (See below.) You're also welcome to bring other food to share and, of course, bring homebrew to share! (No commercial beers, please.)

Food Pairing Competition Details
The challenge has been issued, which homebrewer can pair a dish with either DC Brau's Corruption OR a homebrew of their choice that will delight the crowd? GRiST will be hosting a beer and food paring competition at JamBEERee. Entrants can pair a dish of their choice with either DC Brau's Corruption or their homebrew. The dish will be served during JamBEERee and attendees will vote for their favorite pairing. The winner will get a prize pack and a fabulous GRiST competition ribbon.
If you have any questions about the food competition, please send them to Brian Reuwer with GRiST at firstname.lastname@example.org
