Extending our appreciation for fine fermented craft beverages, Rustico Ballston is excited to celebrate Virginia Cider Week 2018 with our friends at Blue Bee Cider and Potter’s Craft Cider!
From November 12th through November 18th, we'll offer 6 handmade Virginia ciders expertly paired with special, fall-inspired pizzas.
Highlights include a pair of collaborations with The Veil Brewing Company. The first collaboration, Blue Bee Cross Pollinate, was brewed in The Veil’s coolship, then spontaneously fermented and aged in red wine barrels for 15 months. Potter’s collaboration, Dirt Napple is an IPA-inspired cider made with lactose sugar, then generously hopped with Citra, Galaxy, Mosaic and Nelson Sauvin.
There is no admission fee and reservations are not required for this event. All featured ciders and pizzas will be priced individually.
