Forge Brew Works

Matt Rose, a former NASA engineer, cranks out a wide variety of beers on a 1 BBL system. This size, which is decidedly “nano,” usually produces test batches, but allows Rose maximum flexibility and a chance to produce varied and experimental beers. Because Forge does not have a wide distribution, the best way to check out this brewery’s myriad offerings is to visit the tap room.
